What are the conditions for return?
We will allow the buyer to exchange or return the products within 14 days of receipt of the shipment without giving a reason.
When requesting a return, we recommend that you contact us at luxuryaerialvogue@gmail.com and then a return form will be sent to you .
This filled out form has to be attached to shipment sended back us.
There are no charges for return
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Customer is responsible for the charges of the return shipping (we do not provide return labels)

We do not accept product returns without prior notice and a request for a return form.
Such parcels will be sent back to the customer without further possibility of return.
We do not accept product for return if the product check fail for the following reasons:
The product has visible signs of wearing and washing
The product is dirty
The product is not capable of another sale
The product is not in original packaging
Tags must not be damaged or removed
No stains/hairs/odour
We reserve the right to return your shipment back to you if it does not adhere to the above.

Please make sure that the product you are returning meets all the standards described in paragraph above.
If the returned product does not comply with our return policy, but the customer still sent it, the shipping cost of returning such a product will be charged additionally to the customer. We are not obliged to return such products without customer pays the shipping costs.
Shipping costs associated with returning the products shall be borne by the customer. In the event of failure to comply with any of the above conditions, we will not accept a return request and the goods will be automatically returned.
We are not obligated to accept for return or exchange the product that has not been returned 14 days after receipt by the customer. We are not responsible for any delay in delivery of a product for exchange or return by the customer or deliver company, such a case, returns and exchanges will not be accepted for consideration.
In the event of withdrawal from the purchase agreement by the buyer, we refund the funds within 14 days of withdrawal from the purchase agreement by the buyer. However, we try to return the money immediately after receiving the shipment and subsequent inspection of the returned products.

Product exchange
If you have buy any product on our webstore Luxury Aerial Vogue and you have chosen the wrong size, we will be happy to exchange it for another size or another product.
We will allow the buyer to exchange or return the products within 14 days of receipt of the shipment without giving a reason. We accept shipments back only 30 days from the day the costumer receive it.

The exchange of goods is free of charge, only freight costs are paid by the customer. In the event of failure to accept any of the conditions above, the exchange request will be denied and the product will be returned to customer.
