What are the conditions for return?
We will allow the buyer to exchange or return the products within 14 days of receipt of the shipment without giving a reason
- There are no charges for return
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Customer is responsible for the charges of the return shipping (we do not provide return labels)
We do not accept product for return if the product check fail for the following reasons:
- The product has visible signs of wearing and washing
- The product is dirty
- The product is not capable of another sale
- The product is not in original packaging
- Tags must not be damaged or removed
- No stains/hairs/odour

Please make sure that the product you are returning meets all the standards described in paragraph above.
If the returned product does not comply with return policy, but the customer still sent it, the shipping cost of returning such a product will be charged additionally to the customer. We are not obliged to return such products without customer pays the shipping costs.

We are not obligated to accept for return or exchange the product that has not been returned 14 days after receipt by the customer. If you have buy any product on our webstore Luxury Aerial Vogue and you have chosen the wrong size, we will be happy to exchange it for another size or another product.
