Shipping and returns
What are the conditions for return?
We will allow the buyer to exchange or return the products within 14 days of receipt of the shipment without giving a reason.
- When requesting a return, we recommend that you contact us at luxuryaerialvogue@gmail.com and then a return form will be sent to you . This filled out form has to be attached to shipment sended back us.
- There are no charges for return
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Customer is responsible for the charges of the return shipping (we do not provide return labels)
- We do not accept product returns without prior notice and a request for a return form.
- Such parcels will be sent back to the customer without further possibility of return.
- The product has visible signs of wearing and washing
- The product is dirty
- The product is not capable of another sale
- The product is not in original packaging
- Tags must not be damaged or removed
- No stains/hairs/odour
Shipping costs associated with returning the products shall be borne by the customer. In the event of failure to comply with any of the above conditions, we will not accept a return request and the goods will be automatically returned.
We are not obligated to accept for return or exchange the product that has not been returned 14 days after receipt by the customer. We are not responsible for any delay in delivery of a product for exchange or return by the customer or deliver company, such a case, returns and exchanges will not be accepted for consideration.
In the event that a consumer dispute arises between us and the consumer arising from a purchase contract or a contract for the provision of services, which cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the consumer can submit a proposal for an out-of-court settlement of such a dispute to the designated entity for the out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes, which is:

Product exchange
