Warranty & Claims Policy
At Luxury Aerial Vogue, every garment is individually inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards.
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photos together with a detailed description of the issue.
Warranty Coverage
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, including:
• Defective stitching or seams caused during production.
• Material defects present before delivery.
• Manufacturing faults affecting the normal use of the product.
The warranty does not cover:
• Damage resulting from normal wear and tear.
• Damage caused by incorrect use, excessive force, accidents, falls, friction, snagging, or improper storage.
• Damage caused during aerial arts, gymnastics, dance, figure skating, pole sports, circus activities, or any other high-impact or intensive physical activities.
• Damage caused by sharp objects, jewelry, accessories, fingernails, shoes, or equipment.
• Damage caused by improper washing or care instructions not being followed.
• Damage resulting from dry cleaning, bleaching, tumble drying, ironing, soaking, fabric softeners, or harsh chemicals.
• Natural aging of fabrics or decorative elements.
• Minor loss of sequins, glitter, foil finishes, rhinestones, or other decorative elements that may occur during normal use.
• Minor variations in color, print placement, handmade details, or fabric texture.
Handmade Products
Many Luxury Aerial Vogue garments are handmade or partially handcrafted. Small variations between individual pieces are natural and do not constitute manufacturing defects.
Claims Procedure
After receiving your claim, our quality control team will carefully inspect the returned product.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will, at our sole discretion:
• Professionally repair the product;
• Replace the product with a new one;
• Replace the defective part where applicable.
A replacement provided under warranty does not create a new right to withdraw from the purchase or request a refund.
Used Products
Products that have been worn, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for a refund due to defects that occurred during use.
Where applicable, we may offer a repair or replacement if a verified manufacturing defect is found.
Inspection
All returned products undergo a detailed inspection by our quality control department before any warranty decision is made.
If no manufacturing defect is found, the warranty claim may be rejected.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning products for warranty inspection unless otherwise required by applicable law.
If the warranty claim is approved, Luxury Aerial Vogue will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to the customer.
Limitation of Liability
Luxury Aerial Vogue garments are designed primarily for performances, artistic movement, photoshoots, dance, aerial arts, gymnastics, and figure skating.
They are not certified Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and are not intended to protect against injury or withstand extreme physical stress beyond their intended purpose.
Repeated warranty replacements do not entitle the customer to cancel the purchase agreement or request a refund unless required by applicable consumer protection law.
Each warranty claim is assessed individually based on the condition of the returned product and the nature of the reported defect.
