By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

2. Products
Luxury Aerial Vogue creates performance wear, costumes and artistic garments designed for aerial arts, dance, gymnastics, figure skating, stage performances, photoshoots and artistic movement.
Our garments are not certified Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and are not intended to prevent injuries or provide protection during sports, training or high-impact activities.
3. Handmade Products
Many of our garments are handmade or partially handcrafted.
Minor variations in color, fabric placement, decorative elements, sequins, rhinestones, glitter, stitching, print placement or overall appearance are natural and do not constitute manufacturing defects.
4. Fabric & Decorative Elements
Some fabrics and decorative finishes require special care.
Foil finishes, glitter, sequins, rhinestones, velvet, mesh and delicate stretch fabrics may naturally change, wear or lose small decorative elements during use.
Minor loss of sequins, glitter, rhinestones or foil finish caused by normal use, friction or movement is not considered a manufacturing defect.
5. Colors
Product colors may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, screen settings and monitor calibration.
Such differences are not considered defects.
6. Size Responsibility
Customers are responsible for choosing the correct size using our Size Guide.
Luxury Aerial Vogue cannot guarantee a perfect fit based only on height, weight or usual clothing size.
If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.
7. Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if incorrect information is provided, payment is not completed, or fraud is suspected.
8. Prices & Payments
All prices are displayed on our website.
Payment must be completed at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
9. Processing Time
We complete and ship orders within up to 7 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.
This processing time also applies to Express Shipping orders.
10. Shipping
Shipping times depend on the destination country and selected shipping method.
Tracking information will be sent to your email within 24 hours after your order has been shipped.
11. Customs Duties & Import Taxes
All orders are shipped from the Czech Republic.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other fees charged by the destination country.
Luxury Aerial Vogue is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or additional fees imposed by your country.
By placing an order, you agree to pay all applicable customs charges.
12. Incorrect Address & Undelivered Orders
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal to accept the parcel, failure to complete customs procedures, or failure to collect the parcel, the customer is responsible for all additional shipping costs, return shipping fees and related charges.
13. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Products must be returned in accordance with the conditions stated in our Refund Policy.
Used, worn, damaged or altered products are not eligible for a refund unless required by applicable law.
14. Warranty & Claims
Warranty claims are governed by our Warranty & Claims Policy.
Damage caused by use, friction, falls, snagging, sharp objects, jewelry, equipment, improper care, dry cleaning, washing mistakes or intensive physical activity is not considered a manufacturing defect.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we may repair the product, replace the product or replace the defective part.
15. Product Care
Customers are responsible for following the Product Care instructions provided on our website, product labels or care cards.
Failure to follow care instructions may result in damage and may void any warranty claim.
16. Performance Wear Disclaimer
Our garments are designed for visual performance and artistic movement.
They are not designed to withstand unlimited mechanical stress, extreme friction, sharp surfaces or unsafe use.
Customers use the products at their own responsibility.
17. Intellectual Property
All designs, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, product descriptions, text and website content are the intellectual property of Luxury Aerial Vogue.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or use our content without written permission.
18. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact Luxury Aerial Vogue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute whenever possible.
We reserve the right to provide payment providers, banks and dispute resolution services with all available documentation, including order details, tracking information, delivery confirmation, customer correspondence, photographs, inspection reports and website policies.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luxury Aerial Vogue shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product purchased by the customer.
20. Force Majeure
Luxury Aerial Vogue is not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including customs delays, carrier delays, strikes, natural disasters, war, pandemics, government restrictions or technical failures.
21. Website Use
You agree not to use our website for unlawful purposes, fraud, abuse, copying content, interfering with website operation or violating any applicable laws.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

23. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
Nothing in these Terms affects the mandatory consumer rights granted under the laws of the consumer's country of residence where such rights cannot be excluded under applicable law.
