1. Right of Withdrawal (European Union)
If you are a consumer residing within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days after receiving your order, unless an exception applies under applicable consumer protection legislation.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us by email before returning your order.
Returned products must comply with all return conditions described below.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
• The return request must be submitted within the applicable return period.
• The garment must be unworn, unused and unwashed.
• The item must be free from perfume, smoke, makeup, deodorant marks, stains, pet hair or any other signs of use.
• All original tags must remain attached.
• The product must be returned in its original condition and, whenever reasonably possible, in its original packaging.
Luxury Aerial Vogue reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with these conditions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Where permitted by applicable law, returns cannot be accepted for products that:
• have been worn, washed or cleaned;
• have been altered or repaired after delivery;
• have been damaged due to improper care, misuse or accidents;
• show damage caused by excessive stretching, friction, abrasion or contact with rough surfaces;
• were custom-made or personalized specifically for the customer.
4. How to Request a Return
Before returning any product, please contact our Customer Support Team.

• Clear photographs if the request relates to damage or a manufacturing defect
After reviewing your request, we will provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
5. Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective, incorrect or damaged upon delivery, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Customers may choose any reliable shipping carrier.
We strongly recommend using a fully tracked shipping service.
Luxury Aerial Vogue is not responsible for return shipments that are lost, delayed or damaged during transportation.
6. Inspection of Returned Items
Every returned product is carefully inspected after arrival.
To ensure transparency and fairness, the inspection process may be documented using photographs and/or video recordings.
If the returned product does not comply with this Return Policy, we reserve the right to:
• refuse the return;
• refuse the refund;
• issue only a partial refund where permitted by applicable law.
7. Handmade Product Characteristics
Every Luxury Aerial Vogue garment is individually handmade.
Small variations in stitching, decorative element placement, appliqués, rhinestones, sequins, fabric texture, pattern alignment or color tone are natural characteristics of handmade production.
These variations make every garment unique and are not considered manufacturing defects.
8. Product Colors & Photography
We make every reasonable effort to display our products as accurately as possible.
However, slight differences in color may occur due to:
• monitor calibration;
• mobile device settings;
• photography lighting;
• screen technology;
• individual display settings.
Minor color differences are not considered product defects.
9. Size Tolerance
All measurements are taken manually.
Due to the handmade nature of our garments and the elasticity of professional performance fabrics, a manufacturing tolerance of approximately ±1–2 cm is considered normal.
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size using our Size Guide before placing an order.
Minor size tolerances do not constitute manufacturing defects.
10. Performance Fabrics & Decorative Elements
Our garments are manufactured using premium performance materials including stretch fabrics, velvet, performance mesh, holographic materials, metallic foils, glitter finishes, rhinestones, sequins and other specialty decorative elements.
These materials are selected for their exceptional appearance during performances, competitions and artistic presentations.
Minor shedding of sequins, glitter or decorative elements, together with gradual wear of metallic coatings or foil finishes resulting from normal use, is considered a natural characteristic of these materials and is not regarded as a manufacturing defect.

Please include your order number and return tracking number where requested. Returns sent without prior authorization or without sufficient order information may be refused or delayed.
12. Intended Use
Our garments are designed primarily for performances, photoshoots, dance, gymnastics, figure skating, aerial arts and similar artistic activities.
Damage caused by intensive friction, sliding, drops, falls, contact with rough surfaces or equipment, pole dance, improper use, accidents or normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.
13. Care Instructions
All products must be cared for strictly according to the care instructions provided on the garment label and on our website.
Failure to follow the recommended care instructions may result in damage to fabrics, prints, foils, rhinestones, sequins or other decorative finishes.
The following actions may void eligibility for claims related to fabric or decorative damage where applicable:
• dry cleaning where prohibited;
• soaking;
• bleaching;
• tumble drying;
• ironing decorative elements, foil prints, metallic finishes or delicate fabrics;
• using fabric softeners where prohibited;
• washing or storing the product in a way that contradicts the provided care instructions.
14. Manufacturing Defects
A manufacturing defect is a fault that existed at the time of delivery and resulted directly from the production process.
Damage caused after delivery through use, improper sizing, excessive stretching, accidents, incorrect care, alterations, normal wear and tear, friction, or external influences is not considered a manufacturing defect.
15. Products Used After Delivery
Products that were received without visible manufacturing defects and have been used are not eligible for return for a refund solely because damage occurred during or after use.
If a customer believes that damage resulted from a manufacturing defect that existed at the time of delivery, the product must first be submitted for inspection.
Where a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Luxury Aerial Vogue will, at its discretion and in accordance with applicable consumer protection law, provide an appropriate remedy, including:
• professional repair of the product;
• replacement with the same or an equivalent product where repair is not reasonably possible.
A refund will not be provided solely because a product became damaged after it had been used, unless such a remedy is required by mandatory applicable law.
Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, friction, intensive physical activity, improper sizing, incorrect care, accidents, misuse, or any cause other than a confirmed manufacturing defect is not covered by this policy.
16. Evidence Required for Claims
To evaluate any claim, the customer may be asked to provide clear evidence, including:
• photographs of the entire garment;
• close-up photographs of the reported issue;
• photographs of the care label;
• photographs of the packaging if the claim relates to transport damage;
• video showing the issue where appropriate.
If necessary, the product must be returned for inspection before any refund, replacement, repair or other resolution can be approved.
17. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us before returning it.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement item is not available, we will contact you to discuss possible alternatives.
Replacement items are shipped only after the original item has been received and successfully inspected.
Unless otherwise agreed or required by applicable law, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs related to exchanges.
18. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within up to fourteen (14) business days after the returned item has been received, inspected and approved.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or until the customer has supplied evidence of having sent the product back, where applicable under consumer protection law.
19. Shipping Charges, Customs Duties & Taxes
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, disbursement fees and similar charges imposed by the destination country or carrier are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the customer unless required otherwise by applicable law.
20. Lost or Delayed Return Shipments
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the returned parcel reaches us safely.
If a return shipment is lost, delayed or damaged during transportation, the customer should contact the shipping carrier directly.
Refunds cannot be issued until the returned item has been received and inspected, unless required otherwise by applicable law.
21. Damage During Transport
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and provide clear photographs of the outer packaging, shipping label and product condition.
This helps us evaluate the issue and, where appropriate, submit a claim to the shipping carrier.
22. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
If we are unable to resolve a consumer dispute by mutual agreement, the consumer has the right to submit the dispute to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, ČOI), which is the competent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body for consumer disputes arising from purchase contracts.

23. Right to Refuse Returns
Luxury Aerial Vogue reserves the right to refuse returns, exchanges or refunds that do not comply with this Return, Exchange & Refund Policy or applicable consumer protection laws.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
24. Gift Cards
Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by applicable law.
If a product purchased using a Gift Card is returned and the return is approved under this Return, Exchange & Refund Policy, no cash refund will be issued.
Instead, the approved refund amount will be credited back to a new or existing Luxury Aerial Vogue Gift Card, or the customer may choose to exchange the product for another item. If the replacement product has a different price, the customer may pay the difference or receive the remaining balance as Gift Card credit.
Gift Card balances cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another payment method unless required by mandatory applicable law.

Are your garments suitable for performances and artistic activities?
Our garments are designed for performances, photoshoots, dance, figure skating, gymnastics, contortion, and a wide range of artistic movement. Please choose the product that best matches your intended use and activity level.
Will sequins, glitter, foil, or decorative finishes last forever?
Decorative finishes such as sequins, glitter, foil prints, metallic coatings, holographic effects, and similar embellishments are delicate by nature. Minor glitter shedding, occasional sequin loss, light surface scratches, and gradual wear of foil, metallic prints, coatings, or decorative finishes may occur over time, especially in areas exposed to friction, stretching, repeated wear, or contact with equipment. This is considered normal wear and is not a manufacturing defect.
How should I care for my garment?
Hand wash only in cold water using a mild detergent. Do not soak, bleach, tumble dry, iron, dry clean, or use fabric softener. Air dry away from direct sunlight.
Can I expect every garment to look exactly the same?
Due to the nature of specialty fabrics, foils, prints, sequins, lace, and handcrafted production, slight variations in color, texture, pattern placement, and decorative details may occur. These differences make each garment unique.
How do I choose the correct size?
Please refer to our Size Guide before ordering. If your measurements fall between two sizes, we generally recommend choosing the larger size for greater comfort and freedom of movement.
Can I return a garment after wearing or using it?
Garments must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, stretching, damage, stains, odors, washing, alterations, or other use are not eligible for return or refund.
