RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Last Updated: September 2026

Welcome to Luxury Aerial Vogue s.r.o.

Our garments are individually handmade using  performance fabrics and specialty decorative materials. This policy explains the conditions for returns, refunds and product claims.

By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge this Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.

 RETURNS & 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, you must notify Luxury Aerial Vogue of your decision to return an eligible item within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

After notifying us, you must send the item back within the following 14 calendar days. The deadline is met if the parcel is dispatched within this period.

 RETURN CONDITIONS

Returned items must be:

- unworn, unused and unwashed;

- unaltered;

- free from perfume, smoke, make-up, deodorant, body products, stains, pet hair or other signs of use;

- returned with all original tags and security ribbons attached;

- returned with all original branded packaging.

Products may only be handled or tried on to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and fit.

If an item has been used or handled beyond what is necessary and its value has been reduced, the refundable amount may be reduced accordingly where permitted by applicable law.

After preparing your return shipment, please submit or manage your return request through your customer account using the link below:

 RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping must be arranged and paid for by the customer, except where otherwise required by law.

Luxury Aerial Vogue does not provide prepaid return labels for standard returns.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining proof of dispatch.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the return parcel is properly packaged and shipped.

Luxury Aerial Vogue is not responsible for return parcels lost, delayed or damaged in transit, subject to applicable law.

 INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & CUSTOMS

Returns sent from outside the European Union must be correctly declared as:

RETURNED GOODS / CUSTOMER RETURN

The customer is responsible for correctly completing the customs documentation for the return.

Any customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance charges, brokerage fees, carrier handling fees or similar costs incurred by Luxury Aerial Vogue as a result of an incorrectly declared return may be deducted from the refundable amount where permitted by applicable law.

REFUNDS

Returned items are subject to inspection in accordance with our Return Conditions. The inspection process may be documented by photographs and/or video.

Eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method within the timeframe required by applicable consumer law.

Where required by law, we will also refund the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option available for the order.

Additional costs resulting from the customer's choice of express, expedited or upgraded delivery are non-refundable.

If a returned product shows signs of use, wear, damage or handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and fit, the refundable amount may be reduced to reflect the resulting loss in value where permitted by law.

NO EXCHANGES

Luxury Aerial Vogue does not offer exchanges.

If you require a different size, colour, style or product, please return the eligible item in accordance with this policy and place a new order through our website.

Products and sizes cannot be reserved while a return is in transit.

 LATE & UNAUTHORISED RETURNS

Returns dispatched after the applicable return deadline are not accepted as voluntary late returns.

Sending an item to Luxury Aerial Vogue after the return deadline without our prior agreement does not create or reinstate any right to a refund or store credit.

If a late or unauthorised return is nevertheless sent to and received by Luxury Aerial Vogue, no refund or store credit will be issued solely because we received the parcel.

If you wish to have the item returned to you, you will be responsible for paying the applicable shipping costs before the item is sent back.

This section does not affect mandatory statutory rights relating to faulty, incorrect or non-conforming goods.

 CUSTOM & PERSONALISED ITEMS

Where permitted by applicable law, products made or modified specifically according to an individual customer's requirements may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal.

This may include:

- custom measurements;

- individual design modifications;

- non-standard fabric or colour combinations;

- personalised decoration or embellishment;

- other individually requested modifications.

 REFUSED, UNCLAIMED & RETURN-TO-SENDER ORDERS

If an order is returned to Luxury Aerial Vogue because of:

- an incorrect or incomplete delivery address;

- failed delivery attempts;

- failure to collect the parcel;

- refusal of delivery;

- failure to provide required customs information;

- failure or refusal to pay applicable import duties, taxes or carrier charges;

the parcel will be processed after it has been received back by us.

Where legally permitted, direct costs incurred by Luxury Aerial Vogue as a result of the return, including return shipping, customs duties, clearance fees, storage fees and carrier handling charges, may be deducted from the refundable amount.

Returned-to-sender parcels are not automatically reshipped.

If you would like the product sent again, additional shipping charges and/or a new order may be required.

HANDMADE PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS

Every Luxury Aerial Vogue garment is individually handmade.

Small variations in stitching, placement of appliqués, rhinestones, sequins or other decorative elements, fabric texture, pattern alignment and colour tone are natural characteristics of handmade production and do not in themselves constitute manufacturing defects.

PRODUCT COLOURS & PHOTOGRAPHY

We make every reasonable effort to display our products accurately.

However, colours may vary slightly due to photography lighting, monitor calibration, mobile device settings, screen technology and individual display settings.

Reasonable colour variations resulting from these factors do not in themselves constitute manufacturing defects.

 SIZE TOLERANCE

Our garments are handmade and manufactured using highly elastic professional performance fabrics.

Measurements may therefore have a reasonable manufacturing tolerance of approximately ±1–2 cm.

Customers are responsible for selecting their size using the Size Guide provided on our website.

A reasonable manufacturing tolerance does not in itself constitute a manufacturing defect.

 PERFORMANCE FABRICS & DECORATIVE ELEMENTS

Our garments may contain specialty materials including stretch fabrics, velvet, performance mesh, holographic fabrics, metallic or foil finishes, glitter, rhinestones, sequins, appliqués and other decorative elements.

These materials have characteristics specific to their construction and finish.

Minor glitter or sequin shedding and gradual wear of metallic, foil or specialty finishes resulting from normal use may occur and do not in themselves constitute manufacturing defects.

INTENDED USE & NORMAL WEAR

Our garments are designed for activities including performances, photoshoots, dance, gymnastics, figure skating and aerial arts.

Professional performance garments are exposed to significant physical stress during use.

Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, excessive friction, intensive sliding, falls, contact with rough surfaces or equipment, excessive stretching, accidents, improper sizing, misuse or use contrary to the product instructions is not considered a manufacturing defect.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Products must be cared for in accordance with the instructions provided on the garment label and/or our website.

Damage caused by failure to follow the applicable care instructions is not considered a manufacturing defect.

This may include damage resulting from:

- prohibited dry cleaning;

- soaking;

- bleaching;

- tumble drying;

- incorrect washing;

- ironing delicate fabrics, decorative elements, foil or metallic finishes;

- prohibited fabric softeners;

- improper storage.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If you believe you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, contact us and provide your order number and clear evidence of the reported issue.

Depending on the nature of the claim, we may request:

- photographs of the entire garment;

- close-up photographs of the reported issue;

- photographs of the care label;

- photographs of the packaging and shipping label;

- video showing the issue where appropriate.

The product may need to be returned for inspection before the claim can be fully assessed.

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty or non-conforming, Luxury Aerial Vogue will provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, this may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.

PRODUCTS USED AFTER DELIVERY

Damage occurring during or after use does not automatically establish that the product had a manufacturing defect.

Where a customer claims that damage resulted from a defect existing at the time of delivery, the product and supporting evidence may be inspected to determine the cause.

Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, friction, intensive physical activity, improper sizing, incorrect care, accidents, misuse, alterations or other external causes is not covered as a manufacturing defect.

This does not affect the customer's mandatory statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods.

DAMAGE DURING TRANSPORT

If your order arrives damaged during transportation, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of:

- the outer packaging;

- the shipping label;

- the damaged packaging where applicable;

- the condition of the product.

This information allows us to assess the issue and, where appropriate, submit a claim to the shipping carrier.

GIFT CARDS

Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by applicable law.

If an eligible product originally purchased using a Gift Card is returned, the applicable refund amount will be credited back to a Luxury Aerial Vogue Gift Card, subject to applicable law.

Where an order was paid using both a Gift Card and another payment method, the refund will be allocated in accordance with the original payment structure and applicable law.
